About the Role
We’re looking for a highly creative Video Editor who blends storytelling with cutting-edge AI tools. This role is ideal for someone who can transform static images into engaging videos, craft fast-paced edits, and deliver viral-worthy content with strong sound design.
Key Responsibilities
Convert images into dynamic videos using AI tools (e.g., motion generation, AI transitions, generative video platforms)
Edit short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) with a strong hook and retention-focused pacing
Apply viral editing styles (jump cuts, speed ramps, transitions, captions, memes, effects)
Build compelling visual narratives and storytelling arcs
Design and enhance sound (SFX, background music, audio transitions, sync with visuals)
Collaborate on concepts and bring creative ideas to the table
Stay updated with trending formats, effects, and editing styles
Requirements
Proven experience in video editing (portfolio required)
Strong understanding of AI-based video tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Kaiber, etc.)
Excellent storytelling instincts and pacing sense
Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.
Deep understanding of short-form content trends
Good knowledge of sound design and audio layering
Ability to work fast without compromising quality
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
Motion graphics and VFX experience
Experience in real estate or lifestyle content
Basic color grading skills
Familiarity with AI voiceovers or generative audio tools
