E-Learning Content Creator

About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented E-Learning Content Creator to join our growing educational platform. You’ll design and produce engaging video content for teachers, manage faculty coordination, and help shape how learning materials are delivered to our users. This role blends content creation, presentation design, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, script, and produce instructional videos tailored for teachers and educators
- Design PowerPoint presentations and visual learning materials that are clear, professional, and engaging
- Coordinate with faculty members to gather content, align teaching schedules, and ensure timely delivery
- Manage and organize the e-learning content library across the platform
- Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and pedagogical quality
- Collaborate with the design and tech team to upload and optimize content for the platform
- Stay updated on e-learning trends and suggest improvements to content formats
- Track content performance and gather feedback from teachers/faculty for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Experience (not required)in content creation, instructional design, or e-learning (freshers with strong portfolios may apply)
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, or similar presentation tools
- Basic video editing skills (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
- Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise with faculty
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadline
Preferred Skills
- Eye for visual design and storytelling
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
