Position Summary
The Office Controller is responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and performance management of all office departments within the transport organization. The role serves as the central point of control for office operations, ensuring that all departments work efficiently, comply with company policies, and achieve organizational objectives. All department personnel report to the Office Controller, who in turn reports directly to senior management.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Department Management
- Lead and supervise all office departments and administrative functions.
- Ensure effective coordination and communication between departments.
- Monitor departmental performance and ensure targets are achieved.
- Conduct regular review meetings with department heads and staff.
- Develop and implement office procedures, policies, and best practices.
Operational Control
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure timely completion of departmental tasks and reporting requirements.
- Monitor service quality and operational standards across the organization.
Team Management
- Manage, mentor, and evaluate staff performance.
- Allocate responsibilities and ensure accountability across departments.
- Approve staff schedules, leave requests, and workforce planning requirements.
- Support employee development and training initiatives.
Reporting & Management Coordination
- Consolidate reports from all departments and present them to senior management.
- Provide management with operational updates, performance metrics, and improvement recommendations.
- Assist management in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Ensure management directives are effectively communicated and implemented throughout the organization.
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
- Maintain control over office records, documentation, and confidential information.
- Monitor internal compliance and implement corrective measures when required.
Financial & Resource Oversight
- Monitor departmental budgets and administrative expenditures.
- Review office expenses and support cost-control initiatives.
- Ensure efficient utilization of company resources.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or related field.
- 5+ years of management or office administration experience.
- Experience leading multiple departments and managing teams.
- Strong knowledge of office operations, reporting systems, and business processes.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
