Job Description:
We are looking for a Gen AI Engineer to bridge the gap between complex marketing data and actionable strategy. You will design and deploy an AI Data Agent capable of navigating our marketing databases to perform autonomous analysis, provide natural language insights, and suggest optimizations for campaigns and activities. This role is unique: you will build the "brain" (the LLM agent) and the "eyes" (the visualization dashboards) simultaneously to create a unified performance ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Agent Architecture: Design and implement an LLM-based agent using frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGPT that can interface with SQL/NoSQL marketing databases.
- RAG & Tool Use: Develop Robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and "tools" that allow the agent to query live performance data, compare historical benchmarks, and perform statistical significance testing.
- Insight Synthesis: Fine-tune models or engineer complex prompts to transform raw data (CTR, ROAS, Customer Acquisition Cost) into high-level executive summaries and strategic recommendations.
- Dashboard Integration: Build or integrate with interactive dashboards (e.g., Streamlit, Tableau, or PowerBI) where the agent can "explain" the visualizations to stakeholders.
- Data Orchestration: Work with data engineers to ensure the marketing data layer is optimized for LLM "readability" (clean schemas and metadata).
- Evaluation & Guardrails: Implement evaluation frameworks to ensure the agent’s insights are factually accurate, non-hallucinatory, and grounded in the actual marketing data.
Skills:
- Experience with GPT-4, Claude 3.5, or open-source models (Llama 3, Mistral) and prompt engineering.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), Streamlit, Plotly, D3.js, or integration experience with BI tools.
