We are looking for a skilled and experienced Operation Executive with hands-on knowledge of construction and road equipment. The candidate should be capable of managing machine operations, coordinating with site teams, and operating equipment whenever required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of construction machinery at project sites.
- Monitor machine performance, productivity, and maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate with operators, supervisors, and project teams for smooth execution of work.
- Ensure proper utilization and safety compliance of all equipment.
- Maintain machine operation records and reports.
- Troubleshoot basic operational issues and coordinate repairs when needed.
- Operate machines during emergencies, manpower shortages, or project requirements.
Candidate Requirements:
- Fresher can apply.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction equipment operations.
- Strong understanding of machine functioning, maintenance, and site operations.
- Ability to independently operate the above-mentioned equipment when required.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
Preferred Qualification:
- Diploma/ITI/Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.

Salary: As per experience and industry standards.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
