Location: Pollachi, Tamil Nadu
Nova IVF Fertility is seeking a qualified Staff Nurse to manage outpatient department activities and support patient care. The role requires a responsible and patient-focused individual who can ensure smooth coordination in the OP setting.
Salary
₹18,000 to ₹23,000 per month (in hand), based on experience
Work Hours
This is a full-time role with a 9-hour work schedule per day. This position follows a day shift only. There is no night shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate outpatient department activities.
- Assist doctors during patient consultations and procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Ensure cleanliness and adherence to clinical protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients and the clinical team.
Qualifications and Experience
- GNM or BSc Nursing qualification is required.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is required.
- Good communication and patient handling skills are essential.
