We are looking for a highly proactive Outreach Executive to build partnerships with websites, blogs, and publishers for content collaborations, guest posting, and brand placements.
The role focuses on relationship building, outreach, and database creation, not spam emailing.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify high-quality websites for guest posting & collaborations
- Conduct personalized email outreach (no bulk spam tools)
- Follow up consistently to close placements
- Build and maintain a database of websites with:
- Niche
- Traffic
- Contact details
- Pricing (if applicable)
- Coordinate with content team for article placement
- Track outreach performance and responses
Required Skills
- Experience in email outreach / guest posting / link building
- Strong written English (very important)
- Ability to research websites and evaluate quality
- Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs / SEMrush (basic level is fine)
- Good follow-up discipline
Good to Have
- Experience in finance / legal niche
- Existing database of websites
- Understanding of SEO basics
Pay: ₹9,809.04 - ₹30,702.68 per month
