Position Title: Senior Manager – QA/QC
Function: Quality Assurance & Quality Control
Location: Head Office (Pan‑India Responsibility)
Reporting To: Head – QA/QC (HO)
Employment Type: Full‑Time
Purpose of the Role
The Senior Manager – QA/QC (Head Office) is responsible for developing, implementing, and governing the Quality Assurance and Quality Control framework across all construction projects on a Pan‑India basis. The role ensures compliance with statutory requirements, specifications, internal standards, and industry best practices, while driving continuous improvement in quality systems, processes, and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, standardize, and periodically review QA/QC Manuals, SOPs, Checklists, and Procedures across the pan-India projects.
Review and approve Project Quality Plans (PQPs), Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Quality Control Procedures.
Review and consolidate quality reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review. Track NCR trends, quality KPIs, Quality Scores and audit outcomes across projects.
Qualifications & Experience
- BE/BTech in Civil with 10 years ( Or Diploma in Civil Engineering with 13 years) of overall relevant experience in QA/QC function.
- Professional Certifications like ISO 9001 Auditor or any other relevant certification are preferred.
- Proven experience in handling QA/QC functions for large / multiple projects is desired.
