- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups on leads and opportunities.
- Monitor customer interactions and ensure all activities are recorded accurately.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
- Support customer retention initiatives through regular communication and engagement.
- Track customer complaints and coordinate with internal teams for prompt resolution.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
