Position Overview
We are seeking creative and driven Content Creation Executives to collaborate with us on a partnership and commission basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, shooting, editing, and managing content for client social media accounts. This role is perfect for content creators, videographers, editors, freelancers, students, and marketing enthusiasts looking to grow alongside a dynamic agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit client locations to capture high-quality photos and videos.
- Create engaging social media content, including reels, short-form videos, stories, and posts.
- Edit video and image content using professional editing tools.
- Manage and maintain client social media accounts.
- Develop content ideas aligned with client branding and marketing objectives.
- Schedule and publish content across various social media platforms.
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements to increase engagement and reach.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and content preferences.
Preferred Locations
While applications are open from all locations, candidates based in the following regions will be preferred due to client shoot requirements:
- Delhi
- Noida
- Ghaziabad
- Gurugram
- Dehradun
Eligibility Criteria
- Students, freelancers, content creators, and working professionals may apply.
- Experience in video shooting, editing, and social media management is preferred.
- Knowledge of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Familiarity with editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar software.
- Strong creativity, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
Compensation Structure
