Job Description:
ZEFEX Industries Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive for our Electronic Manufacturing Division. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and managing client relationships in the electronics manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads in the electronics manufacturing sector
- Develop relationships with OEMs, distributors, and corporate clients
- Promote company products and manufacturing capabilities
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups with clients
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with production and operations teams for smooth order execution
- Maintain CRM, sales reports, and client records
MPPT (Monthly Performance Target):
The Sales Executive will be assigned a Monthly Performance & Productivity Target (MPPT), including:
- Monthly revenue targets
- Order / Purchase Order (PO) targets
- New client acquisition
- Repeat business generation
- Market and client base expansion
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred)
- Experience in electronics manufacturing / industrial / B2B sales preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
