About the Role
We are looking for a Link Building Associate to join our SEO team and help build high-quality, niche-relevant backlinks for our projects and clients.
The ideal candidate should have practical experience in off-page SEO, blogger outreach, guest posting, and link-building campaigns. You should be comfortable researching websites, communicating with publishers, negotiating placements, and maintaining backlink records.
Key Responsibilities
- Build high-quality and niche-relevant backlinks using ethical SEO practices.
- Research and identify relevant, authoritative websites for link placements.
- Execute guest posting, niche edits, and link insertion campaigns.
- Conduct publisher research, outreach, follow-ups, and negotiations.
- Evaluate websites based on authority, organic traffic, relevance, indexing, and backlink quality.
- Maintain relationships with publishers and website owners.
- Track outreach campaigns, placements, live links, and backlink status.
- Ensure placements are relevant, permanent, and preferably DoFollow and indexed.
- Maintain accurate backlink databases and campaign reports.
- Monitor existing backlinks and report any low-quality or potentially harmful links.
- Work with the SEO and content teams to support overall link-building strategies.
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience in link building, blogger outreach, or off-page SEO.
- Good understanding of white-hat SEO and link-building practices.
- Hands-on experience with guest posts, niche edits, and link insertions.
- Familiarity with Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, or similar SEO tools.
- Ability to evaluate websites based on authority, traffic, relevance, and overall quality.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research, negotiation, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Understanding of DoFollow/Nofollow links, anchor text, indexing, and link relevance.
- Ability to work independently and meet campaign targets.
