Key Responsibilities
- Assess students’ learning abilities and educational needs.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Adapt lesson plans and teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and disabilities.
- Provide one-on-one and small-group instruction.
- Monitor and document student progress regularly.
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, therapists, and parents to support student development.
- Maintain accurate student records and reports.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- Use assistive technology and specialized instructional techniques where required.
- Participate in parent meetings, staff training, and school activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field.
- Certification or license in Special Education (as applicable).
- Knowledge of learning disabilities, developmental disorders, and inclusive teaching practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
