About the Role
Tecstellar Solutions is looking for a highly motivated AR Specialist / Senior AR Specialist with strong experience in US Accounts Receivable (AR) processes. The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, hands-on experience handling US clients, and the ability to manage AR operations through both voice and email communication.
Candidates must be comfortable working in the US Shift and should be flexible to meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end US Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Follow up with companies, clients, and payers regarding outstanding claims and payments.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally with US clients.
- Communicate effectively through emails to resolve payment-related issues.
- Identify payment discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
- Ensure compliance with client guidelines and industry standards.
- Timeliness and accuracy of customer invoicing
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Document all communication and updates accurately in the system.
Required Skills
- Expertise in Hubspot CRM candidates preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in US Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Strong expertise in AR services, collections, and denial management.
- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, invoicing, and costing processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral accent.
- Excellent written communication skills for professional email correspondence.
- Experience handling US AR calling services preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AR-related tools/systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Experience working directly with US clients or healthcare insurance providers.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
