Job Description
We are looking for a Senior SEO Executive with strong expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Paid Advertising (Google Ads/Meta Ads). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in improving organic rankings, driving website traffic, generating leads, and managing paid campaigns to maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.
- Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements.
- Manage on-page and off-page SEO activities.
- Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max).
- Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Track campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Prepare regular SEO and PPC performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and digital marketing practices.
- Coordinate with content, design, and development teams for campaign execution.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in SEO and Paid Advertising.
- Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Tag Manager.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, link building, and content optimization.
- Experience in lead generation campaigns and conversion tracking.
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and A/B testing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and reporting abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Ads Certification is a plus.
- Experience handling multiple client projects.
- Understanding of WordPress and basic HTML/CSS.
