- Target Achievement: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue benchmarks through aggressive sales tactics.
- Lead Qualification: Oversee inbound and outbound communications (Calls, WhatsApp, Email) to ensure high-intent leads are prioritized.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term trust with high-net-worth clients and existing stakeholders to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Site Leadership & Closures
- Site Presentations: Lead comprehensive site visits, providing expert-level insights on project architecture, amenities, and value propositions.
- Negotiation: Address complex client queries regarding pricing and payment plans to move prospects toward final booking.
- Follow-up Excellence: Maintain a structured, persistent follow-up cadence to ensure no lead is left unattended.
Operations, CRM & Reporting
- Data Integrity: Manage the CRM life-cycle, ensuring every client interaction is documented for accurate forecasting.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor pricing, local market shifts, and regulatory changes to keep the sales pitch competitive.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly performance reports and conversion analysis for senior management.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Marketing Alignment: Partner with the marketing team to refine lead-gen campaigns based on real-world client feedback.
- Post-Sales Transition: Liaise with Legal, Accounts, and Operations to ensure seamless documentation and a professional handover post-booking.
