Job Description
- Execute end-to-end campaign setup across platforms such as Google, Meta, and other relevant channels
- Structure and manage campaigns, ad groups, keywords, and audience segments effectively
- Implement ad copies and creative variations using approved brand assets
- Manage audience targeting, remarketing lists, and exclusion strategies
- Optimize bids, budgets, and campaign pacing based on performance trends
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and placements to improve performance
- Monitor daily campaign performance and perform hygiene checks
- Identify and proactively flag anomalies, performance drops, or tracking issues
- Implement optimization recommendations based on data insights and learning
- Support campaign launches, experiments, and scaling initiatives
- Collaborate closely with the analytics team for conversion tracking, validation, and accuracy
- Assist in campaign QA, validation processes, and go-live readiness
- Extract and analyze platform-level data for reporting and insights
- Track and monitor KPIs such as CTR, CVR, CPL, and CPA
- Identify trends, insights, and early performance signals
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and dashboards
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Ensure data consistency across platforms, analytics tools, and reports
- Ensure team’s deliveries are met, should guide and mentor the team.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms
- Prior Team Handling experience is mandatory
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and funnel optimization
- Experience in A/B testing and data-driven decision-making
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an agency or managing multiple accounts
- Exposure to attribution models and conversion tracking setups
- Basic understanding of marketing automation or CRM tools
