Job description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Counselor who will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, guiding prospective students about our courses, and converting enquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with leads generated from digital campaigns, walk-ins, and other sources
Explain course details, fees, duration, and career opportunities to prospective students
Counsel students and parents regarding suitable courses
Maintain proper follow-up and nurture leads until conversion
Handle WhatsApp, SMS, and call communication professionally
Maintain and update lead data in CRM/Google Sheets
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly admission targets
Coordinate with Telecallers and management for closures
Provide accurate information about admission process and documentation
Required Skills:
Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
Confident speaking and convincing ability
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Ability to handle objections and convert leads
Positive attitude and target-driven mindset
Preferred Skills (Bonus):
Experience in education/ed-tech/aviation training industry
Knowledge of sales or counselling

Pay: ₹15,071.70 - ₹30,595.07 per month
