Role:
The Manager – Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing the complete employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, policy implementation, learning & development, and compliance. The role requires a strategic HR professional who can partner with business leaders to drive organizational growth while fostering a positive workplace culture.

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
- 6–10 years of progressive HR experience.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations.
- Experience with HRMS and HR analytics.
- Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
