### Training & Career Growth
* Training period: 6 months to 1 year.

### Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate with government departments and officials for approvals, permits, licenses, and other liaison activities.
* Assist in project implementation and operational coordination.
* Support marketing, sales, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
* Manage office administration and HR-related activities.
* Handle waste collection and segregation operations when required.
* Monitor daily business operations, billing, and basic accounting processes.
* Assist with digital marketing, social media management, and AI-based technology tools.
* Coordinate manufacturing and project-related activities.
* Ensure smooth communication between departments and stakeholders.

* Ability to communicate in English and Hindi is preferred.
* Candidates willing to learn and improve language skills quickly may also apply.
### Vehicle Requirements
* Must own a two-wheeler.
* Must possess a valid driving license.
* Ability to drive a four-wheeler will be an added advantage.

* Monthly stipend/salary of ₹20,000 during training. salary range 20k to 35k
