Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, emails, and networking.
- Pitch & Close: Conduct client meetings/demos, understand their pain points, and pitch EPOS Technology's solutions effectively to close deals.
- Target Achievement: Take ownership of monthly and quarterly sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
What You Must Have (Requirements):
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A "Never Give Up" attitude and a serious approach towards career growth.
- Ability to handle rejections and turn them into opportunities.
- Basic understanding of B2B/B2C sales cycles.
