Job Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and confident Inside Sales Specialist with proven experience in converting leads into successful sales, particularly while dealing with international clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to consistently achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads and proactively follow up with potential international clients.
- Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and other sales channels to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Convert inquiries into successful sales while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and conversion reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to business growth.
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales KPIs and revenue targets.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, International Sales, Tele-Sales, or a similar sales role.
- Proven track record of converting leads into sales and achieving targets.
- Experience handling international clients is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
- Target-driven mindset with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is an advantage.
