Key Requirements:
1. Strong knowledge of STP/ETP technologies – SBR, MBBR, MBR, DAF, UF, RO, WTP & ZLD
2. Experience in commissioning, troubleshooting, and plant stabilization
3. Ability to manage 50–60 operational sites
4. Strong leadership skills to handle supervisors, operators, and field teams
5. Expertise in manpower planning, shift management, and team training
6. Excellent communication, coordination, and strategic planning skills
7. Valid 2-wheeler and/or 4-wheeler driving license
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily STP/ETP operations and compliance
2. Manage site teams, manpower, and performance.
3. Lead commissioning and project execution activities
4. Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment
5. Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders
6. Drive operational excellence, efficiency, and compliance
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
