Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Customer Success Executive for our CMMS Software. The ideal candidate is passionate about presales and Account executive in SaaS product selling or has a proven track record in related sales. You will showcase our CMMS solutions, highlight key features, and demonstrate the value they bring to maintenance operations.
Experience: 2 + yrs
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging demonstrations of our CMMS software to prospective clients, primarily via virtual platforms.
- Customer Engagement: Identify customer needs and tailor demonstrations to address specific maintenance challenges.
- Technical Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of our CMMS software, staying updated on new features and enhancements.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and relay feedback from demonstrations to the product development team for continuous improvement.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of demonstrations, customer interactions, and commercial proposals in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Experience is added advantage: Proven sales experience, preferably in the CMMS or in SaaS product demonstrations and closing sales.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to quickly learn and effectively communicate complex software solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present confidently and persuasively.
- Customer-Centric: Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address client needs.
- Team Player: Collaborative and effective within a team environment.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
