· Defining Marketing Strategy, including Business development in accordance with overall business goals and revenue objectives. Developing new Customers and simultaneously engaging with existing customers as per business plan for HVAC Solutions.
· Identify potential clients, do the field visit to understand their specific requirements, and collaborate with the Execution team to develop tailored solutions that meet clients' needs. Facilitate effective communication between the sales and Execution teams to ensure timely responses.
· Play a key role in generating market enquiries ,prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
· Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
· Utilize your existing network of connections with over 600 companies, project managers, and key decision-makers in the industry to generate a healthy funnel of leads for the organization.
· Identify opportunities and foster collaborations with these key contacts.
· Collaborate with our technical team to help them design customized HVAC solutions that meet client requirements.
· Execute online marketing strategies on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and WhatsApp to increase brand visibility and attract potential clients.
· Promote the company's catalogue and project achievements through online channels.
· B. Tech Mechanical or a related field with 5-8 years of Proven experience in HVAC Business Development with a track record of meeting.
· Strong understanding of various HVAC systems, including room air conditioners and centralized air conditioning systems.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
· Proficiency in online marketing and social media outreach.
· Existing industry contacts and a record of securing high-value projects will be highly regarded.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
