Qualifications and Experience
Graduates from any stream
Fresher or 0 to 2 years in customer care

Excellent Communication in Hindi is mandatory.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters.
Proven customer support experience is an added advantage.
