Location: Infopark, Kochi
Qualification:
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Supervisor
- Experience in high-rise buildings is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and Electrical systems
Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise MEP operations at site
- Monitor HVAC and electrical maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site procedures
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Handle manpower planning and daily reporting
Salary:
- ₹36,000 – ₹38,000 per month
