Job Summary
Artifex Design Studio / Artifex Interio is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect / Interior Designer with 0–3 years of experience. The candidate will be involved in space planning, interior design, architectural drafting, and project coordination for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare 2D drawings, layouts, and working drawings.
- Develop interior design concepts and presentation materials.
- Assist in site measurements, inspections, and project execution.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and project teams.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and design documentation.
- Ensure designs comply with project requirements and timelines.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
- Knowledge of SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, Revit, or 3Ds Max is an advantage.
- Good understanding of interior design and architectural principles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Drafting, or related field.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome to apply.
