We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Billing & Data Entry Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, along with basic accounting and billing skills. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing invoices, and supporting day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data accurately in company records and software.
- Prepare customer invoices, bills, and related documents.
- Maintain billing records and ensure all entries are accurate.
- Use Microsoft Excel to prepare reports, maintain spreadsheets, and organize data.
- Create and edit documents using Microsoft Word.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, including recording receipts, payments, and expenses.
- Verify data and correct errors when necessary.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Perform general administrative and office support duties.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
