Job Summary
The Alliance Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with government organizations. The role involves networking with senior government officials, coordinating meetings, identifying collaboration opportunities, supporting empanelment processes, and working closely with internal sales and technical teams to drive government business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Government Departments, PSUs, Smart Cities, STPI, NIC, Ministries, Universities, and other public sector organizations.
Identify collaboration opportunities, strategic partnerships, and digital transformation initiatives.
Schedule and coordinate meetings with government officials and key decision-makers.
Represent AppSquadz at government events, exhibitions, conferences, and networking programs.
Track upcoming government projects, initiatives, tenders, and partnership opportunities.
Coordinate with the Business Development and Pre-Sales teams for proposal submissions and presentations.
Support empanelment, registration, and vendor onboarding activities with government organizations.
Maintain regular follow-ups with stakeholders to build long-term relationships.
Work closely with technical teams to understand solution offerings and effectively present them to government clients.
Prepare meeting minutes, alliance reports, and partnership updates for management.
Maintain a database of government contacts and engagement activities.
Ensure timely communication and relationship management with all alliance partners.
Required Skills

Strong organizational and follow-up capabilities.
Knowledge of Government e-Marketplace (GeM), RFPs, and public procurement will be an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to travel for client meetings and government events.
