Role Overview
We are seeking an outgoing and highly motivated Field Marketing Executive to drive our physical marketing initiatives across Raipur. In this role, you will be the face of Unacademy in the local community—visiting schools, engaging with parents in residential societies, and executing ground-level events to generate high-quality leads and drive centre walk-ins.
Key Responsibilities
- School Outreach & Seminars: Visit local schools to build relationships with administrators, conduct classroom presentations, and pitch our Foundation, JEE, and NEET programs.
- Scholarship Exam Execution: Plan, organize, and conduct offline scholarship tests in targeted schools and residential areas to build a robust database of student leads.
- Colony & Society Campaigns: Organize weekend canopy activities, society events, and door-to-door interactions in key residential colonies to engage directly with parents and students.
- BTL (Below the Line) Marketing: Manage the strategic placement of marketing collateral, including banners, posters, and flyer distributions in high-footfall areas and prominent student hubs.
- Lead Management: Collect, organize, and submit physical lead data daily, ensuring a seamless handover to the internal telecalling and academic counseling teams.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in field sales, BTL marketing, or physical lead generation (experience in the education/coaching sector is a massive plus).
- Communication Skills: Excellent conversational skills in Hindi and local languages, with the ability to confidently pitch to school principals, parents, and large groups of students.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s license and own a two-wheeler for daily local travel.
- Local Knowledge: Strong geographical knowledge of Raipur, its major schools, and key residential zones.
- Personality: Highly energetic, extroverted, and target-driven, with a willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends for society events).
