Job Title: Gym and Fitness Equipment Quality Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Gym and Fitness Equipment Quality Manager to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety for our gym equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitness equipment maintenance, quality control, and a passion for promoting a safe and effective workout environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality- Inspect and test all gym and fitness equipment to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.
- Quality- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and schedule repairs or replacements as needed.
- Quality- Collaborate with equipment suppliers to address quality issues and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Quality-Train gym staff on proper equipment usage and maintenance procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate equipment performance to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Quality- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
- Provide recommendations for equipment upgrades and improvements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in quality management or equipment maintenance in a fitness environment.
- Strong knowledge of gym and fitness equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications or training in equipment maintenance and safety standards.

- Technical proficiency in fitness equipment maintenance and repair.
