Haritha Wellness is looking for a professional and organized Receptionist & Admin Executive to manage front office operations and administrative responsibilities. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming patients, handling calls and appointment scheduling, managing registrations, billing and receipts, maintaining patient records, and coordinating with doctors and therapists for smooth daily operations. The applicant must have basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel), billing or clinic management software, data entry, and email handling. Good communication skills in Telugu and basic English, a polite attitude, multitasking ability, and basic accounting knowledge are preferred. Freshers with good computer knowledge can also apply.
