Job Title: DILR Faculty – IPMAT & CAT Preparation
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced DILR (Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning) Faculty to train students preparing for IPMAT, CAT, and other management entrance examinations. The ideal candidate should possess strong conceptual knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to simplify complex DILR concepts for students.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom sessions for DILR covering CAT, IPMAT, CUET, and other management entrance exams.
- Mentor students and provide personalized guidance to improve performance.
- Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, trends, and question types.
- Participate in academic planning and content development activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- Strong command over Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, and Analytical Reasoning.
- Prior teaching experience for CAT/IPMAT/Management Entrance Exams preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling both beginner and advanced batches.
- Content creation and question-setting expertise.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital tools.
Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience preferred.
- Exceptional freshers with strong CAT/IPMAT aptitude may also apply.
