Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, organised, and responsible Front Office Receptionist to manage front desk operations during morning hours. Looking for someone with previous experience as front desk receptionist/admin.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors and clients professionally
- Handle incoming calls and appointment scheduling
- Maintain visitor records and basic documentation
- Manage front desk coordination and inquiries
- Support basic administrative and office tasks
- Ensure reception area is clean and organised
Eligibility Criteria
- Basic communication skills in English & Tamil preferred
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Whats App / Email)
- Pleasant personality with good customer handling skills
- Punctual and responsible
- Previous Experience as Sales Executive/Front Desk Receptionist
