About Manifest Outlet
At Manifest Outlet, we’re building a hobby-centric brand around premium building block car models for car enthusiasts. We primarily cater to GenZ customers who enjoy hands-on hobbies, creativity, and the satisfaction of building something themselves.
Role Overview
You'll work directly on the social media and growth of Manifest Outlet. This role combines creative thinking, branding, social media, content strategy, and growth marketing. Having knowlege or eager to learn performance marketing is a big plus.
We're looking for someone who takes ownership and is willing to grow into the role as the business expands. You will be directly working with founders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative strategies for social media advertisement campaign.
- Work on Instagram content strategy and brand positioning.
- Write high-converting ad scripts that drive engagement, clicks, sales and not just reach
- Research Instagram trends, competitors ads, and undertsand consumer physcology.
- Identify and test new growth channels for customer acquisition.
- Assist in content planning and creative ideation.
- Designing Social media posts, carousels and static ads.
What We're Looking For
- Strong understanding of Instagram, social media trends, and digital content.
- Creative thinker with an interest in branding and marketing.
- Ability to take ownership and execute independently.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Canva and basic photo/video editing software is a big plus
- Experience working with E-commerce brands is a plus, not mandatory.
