What You’ll Do:
As an Academic Counselor, you’ll be the voice and guide for aspiring learners — helping them find the right upskilling programs to accelerate their careers.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with 80–100 potential learners daily via calls and video interaction
- Understanding their career goals and educational background
- Recommending the most suitable courses through consultative counseling
- Converting leads into enrollments and achieving monthly targets
- Maintaining accurate lead and follow-up data in the CRM system
- Collaborating with the team to optimize sales strategies and conversions
We’re looking for individuals who are:
- Fresh graduates ready to start a rewarding career in EdTech, counseling, or inside sales
- Experienced professionals (0–3 years) from B2C sales, EdTech, or similar domains
- Excellent communicators fluent in English and Hindi
- Motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
- Prior EdTech or sales experience is an advantage but not required for freshers — we provide full training!
