*Job Title:* Tally Customer Relationship Associate

*Job Summary:*
Responsible for providing technical and functional support to Tally users. Help clients resolve software issues, guide them on accounting processes, and ensure customer satisfaction.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat queries related to Tally software
- Troubleshoot installation, activation, data backup, GST, and accounting errors
- Guide users on Tally features, reports, and compliance updates
- Log tickets in CRM and follow up until resolution
- Coordinate with technical team for escalated issues
- Educate clients on best practices and software upgrades
*Required Skills:*
- Basic knowledge of accounting, GST, and TallyPrime/Tally ERP 9
- Strong communication skills in English + regional language
- Patient, problem-solving attitude with ability to explain technical steps simply
- Comfortable with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems
*Qualifications:*
- Any Graduate fresher or Experienced can apply
- Prior experience in software support or accounting is an advantage
- *Training will be Provided for Freshers**

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
