Secretary – Job Description (Brief)
- Manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence.
- Maintain schedules, appointments and meeting calendars.
- Prepare letters, reports, minutes of meetings, and other documents.
- Organize and maintain office files and records.
- Coordinate communication between departments and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in arranging meetings, travel, and administrative activities.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when required.
- Support senior management in day-to-day administrative functions.
- Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the office.
