Key Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3–8years of experience in a Record-to-Report (R2R) role
- Strong understanding of R2R processes, internal controls, and accounting policies
- Experience in transitioning finance activities
- Proven ability to identify, investigate, and resolve issues effectively
- High attention to detail and accuracy
Skills & Competencies
- Interest in driving R2R process improvements and supporting system changes
- Ability to adapt to new ways of working and ensure successful adoption across teams
- Strong communication skills
- Good stakeholder experience with UK, US and EMEA
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
