Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Site Execution & Supervision Executive to manage on-site execution of furniture and interior projects. The role involves coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, vendors, and installation teams.
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of site work.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues proactively.
- Coordinate with design and production teams for drawings, materials, and execution plans.
- Manage material delivery, inventory, and site requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site protocols.
- Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
- Communicate regularly with clients and provide status updates.
- Handle site measurements and prepare basic reports if required.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 2–5 years in site execution/site supervision (furniture/interior preferred)
- Basic understanding of drawings, layouts, and furniture installation
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel and handle multiple sites
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in office furniture / interior fit-out projects
- Ability to handle vendors and on-site teams efficiently
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and timelines
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
