- Track fabric development, sampling, and bulk fabric production
- Coordinate with merchandising, sourcing, and production teams
- Ensure on-time fabric delivery as per production schedule
- Monitor fabric consumption, shrinkage, and wastage
- Verify fabric quality, GSM, width, color shade, and lot consistency
- Follow up for fabric test reports (color fastness, shrinkage, etc.)
- Maintain fabric inward, outward, and stock records
- Handle fabric rejections, claims, and replacements
- Update daily fabric status reports to management
- Coordinate fabric inspection and approvals
- Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and standard
