We are looking for Quality Control Engineer with experience in manufacturing and fabrication field.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Ø Perform in-process and final inspections of packaging machine parts and systems to ensure they meet quality standards and engineering specifications.
Ø Conduct dimensional, visual, and functional tests on components, assemblies, and finished products.
Ø Identify and report non-conformities, deviations, and defects in materials or workmanship during production.
Ø Collaborate with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) based on audit results and quality analysis.
Ø Perform root cause analysis in case of quality failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Ø Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inspections, test results, audits, and quality reports.
Ø In-depth knowledge of quality control tools, testing methods, and techniques (root cause analysis).
Ø Knowledge of packaging machinery components, systems, and manufacturing processes is a plus.
Additional Requirements / Qualifications:
Ø Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with procurement software or Tally systems is a plus.
Ø Experience: Minimum of 3-2 years of experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance, preferably in the manufacturing or pharmaceutical machine mfg. industry.
Ø Diploma or any higher Qualification
Ø Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ø Ability to work under pressure.
Ø Good communication skills for coordination with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Ø Result-oriented mindset with focus on productivity, quality, and cost control.
