About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Founder's Office Intern to work directly with the founder on business operations, finance, recruitment, client coordination, and strategic projects. This role offers hands-on exposure to building and scaling a startup.
Responsibilities
- Assist in business operations and administration.
- Support finance, reporting, and documentation activities.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Assist in recruitment and interview coordination.
- Conduct market research and prepare reports.
- Support business development and growth initiatives.
- Manage special projects assigned by the founder.
Requirements
- Pursuing or completed B.Com, BBA, MBA, M.Com, or equivalent.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a startup environment.
- Willing to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.
