LABEL PRINTING / BARCODE / PRINTING INDUSTRY
₹30,000 – ₹35,000 + ATTRACTIVE PERFORMANCE INCENTIVES
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to develop new B2B customers and grow our existing customer base in the printing and label industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop new B2B customers
- Plan daily customer visits
- Generate qualified enquiries
- Visit factories, manufacturers and commercial customers
- Promote labels, barcode labels and printing solutions
- Understand customer requirements
- Prepare quotations and negotiate with customers
- Follow up enquiries until order conversion
- Develop existing customer accounts
- Monitor sales pipeline
- Guide Sales Executives
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with production and office teams
- Monitor collections and outstanding payments
- Submit daily and weekly sales reports
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years in Sales / Business Development
- Printing / Label / Packaging / Barcode / Paper / FMCG / Industrial Sales experience preferred
- Strong B2B customer-handling ability
- Good Tamil and English communication
- Good negotiation skills
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred. 4 Wheeler added Advantage
- Willingness to travel for customer visits
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
WHAT WE OFFER
Fixed Salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000
