Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Student Counsellor to guide prospective students in choosing the right academic programs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp chats, and enquiries.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Explain course details, eligibility, fee structure, and admission procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrolment process.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in counselling, admissions, sales, or customer support (Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
- Fluency in English and Malayalam. Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
