Job Description: ROW Leave Admin
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Human Resources team as a ROW Leave Admin. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and administering leave programs for our company.
As a ROW Leave Admin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our employees have a smooth and efficient leave experience. You will be responsible for processing leave requests, maintaining accurate leave records, and providing guidance and support to employees regarding leave policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process leave requests and ensure timely and accurate recording of leave in our HR system
- Maintain and update leave records for all employees in Rest of the world countries (except India)
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding leave policies and procedures
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Assist in the development and implementation of leave-related policies and procedures
- Managing Rest of the world LMS Audits
- Hands-on experience in managing Leave Administration for North America and Germany regions; 2–3 years of relevant experience will be an added advantage
- Stay up-to-date with changes in leave laws and regulations to ensure compliance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience in leave administration for 2-3 years
- Strong knowledge of leave laws and regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
