Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers to promote domestic and international tour packages.
- Generate qualified leads through outbound calls.
- Explain travel offers, promotions, and holiday packages to customers.
- Follow up with prospects and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
- Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
