Job Responsibilities
- Call fresh leads generated through Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and our website.
- Explain our pageants, fashion shows, and event opportunities to prospective participants.
- Convert leads into paid registrations.
- Follow up with interested candidates until closure.
- Generate sponsorship and partnership leads through calling.
- Maintain lead records and update the CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead management.
- Meet daily calling, follow-up, and monthly revenue targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, business development, or inside sales.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working with daily targets and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, CRM, and WhatsApp Business.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
