Job Summary
We are looking for a Procurement Manager with 5+ years of experience in sourcing, vendor development, and procurement. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in visiting local markets, small supermarkets, distributors, and wholesalers to identify new business opportunities, develop suppliers, and negotiate favorable commercial terms.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors and suppliers.
- Conduct regular market visits to small supermarkets, retail stores, distributors, and wholesale markets.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and supply agreements.
- Source products and materials while ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely procurement.
- Track supplier performance and resolve procurement-related issues.
